01 What are the processing and delivery times of my order?

Due to the success of our products, minor adjustments may be necessary during periods of high demand. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link to track your package. Delivery times are generally 3 to 5 working days. For domestic shipments and 7 to 10 working days for international shipments.
02 How will I know that my order has been successfully validated?

We firmly believe in the quality of our products but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return the unopened and unused products in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt. The return costs are your responsibility, but our team is here to make this process as simple and efficient as possible. Delivery costs are calculated according to your address and the weight of your order. These fees will be clearly indicated before the validation of your purchase. We also offer free shipping for orders over €80 of purchase to improve your shopping experience.
