 General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC):

The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) govern the contractual relations between SILK SERENITY and its customers.

- Price: All prices are indicated in euros (€) excluding VAT and delivery costs.

- Secure payment: Payments are made via a secure platform provided by Shopify Payments.

Processing and delivery times:

- Order processing: Orders are generally processed within 2 to 3 working days from the validation of the order.

- Delivery times: Once the order has been processed, delivery is estimated at 3 working days in Metropolitan France. These deadlines may vary slightly due to the success of our products. In this case, the customer will be informed by e-mail of any potential delay.

- International delivery: We deliver internationally, with variable delivery times depending on the country of destination. These deadlines are communicated when the order is placed and may be subject to variations depending on local conditions.

Right of withdrawal:

In accordance with French legislation, you have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal and return one or more products, provided that they have not been used and are in their original packaging. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective or incorrect products.
